WES Dress Code

TOPS AND BOTTOMS

  • Jeans/denim shorts must not have any rips or holes above fingertip length.

  • Blouses, shirts, and dresses shall not:

    • reveal bare midriff

    • be strapless, and straps must be at least 1 inch wide

    • be transparent

    • be low cut

    • be halter tops

  • Dresses, skirts, shorts, and skorts shall be below mid-thigh with no slits above mid-thigh.

  • Pants must be zipped, worn at the natural waistline, and be no longer in length than the heels of

  • the shoes.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • No pajamas or pajama pants.

  • Neither form fitting, nor oversized clothes are allowed.

  • Undergarments must be worn, but not visible.

  • All clothing must be worn right side out.

  • No makeup or hair dyes of unnatural colors are allowed.

  • Students may not wear clothing, jewelry, buttons, tattoos, or any other items with words, phrases,

  • symbols, pictures, or graphics which use indecent, swear, or suggestive words or are drug, alcohol, or gang related.

SHOES AND ACCESSORIES

  1. NO CROCS!

  2. CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED. Socks with slides/flip flops will not be accepted as closed toe.

  3. Shoes shall be worn at all times. No high heel shoes, cleates, skate, or bluetooth shoes are allowed.

  4. Head coverings are allowed only for outdoor activities.

  5. No hoods worn indoors, worn outside in appropriate weather.

  6. Choke or wallet chains are not allowed.

  7. Jewelry not pierce the skin except the ears.
